PROGRESSION SESSIONS
WHAT IS A “VIP PROGRESSION SESSION”?
​
A VIP Progression Session is a one-day training camp specifically designed to take a rider through a full day of intense and focused training both on and off-the-bike. The concept of a Progression Session is to showcase a small preview into the VIP world, what the Academy has to offer, and what it truly means to have a successful day at the track. Riders will receive insight into the unique blueprint necessary for peak motocross performance. This takes place through hands-on coaching to improve technique and fundamentals on the track, as well as instruction on strength training and conditioning, recovery, and nutrition, all of which are based upon individualized evaluations assessing each rider’s skillset and physical performance baseline.
*NOTE: Saturday camps are specifically designed for 50cc, 65cc, and 85cc Beginner riders, and Sunday classes are for 85cc Advanced riders and big bikes. Each day will be capped at 30 riders.
